Households are part of the record instead of a side table. Tags and pastoral notes catch what structured fields can’t. Members declare what they bring on their own profile, in their own words.

Members browse and request to join groups in the member app. Leaders approve. Attendance gets marked. Leader feedback closes the loop nobody else captures: difficult, fine, good, great, plus a sentence if they have one.
Group attendance feeds into what Scout is noticing about each person. A longtime group member pulling back shows up on the morning briefing.
