Parents enter their phone number and their household appears, then they pick which kids to check in. Each kid is assigned an age-appropriate room, or you override. The whole flow is built for one-handed use at a tablet while holding a toddler.

Labels print with a four-character code, confirmed again at pickup.
Labels print automatically with the kid’s name, room, and code. At pickup, staff confirm the adult against the photo and name on the authorized-pickup list before releasing a child.
