Member app · churchHQ

Every member, an app. Branded for your church.

churchHQ is the member-side of Scout, installable from a link, with your church’s logo and accent color on every screen. Members give, join groups, confirm serving, declare what they bring, and tell you how it went. Every tap feeds the picture your staff sees.

churchHQ

Your whole church, carried in a pocket.

The member app takes on your church's name, logo and color. People give, join a group, confirm or decline a serving request, share their skills, and tell you how serving went. Every tap feeds the picture your staff see.

What the member app does

Three things the member side does for your church.

  • Installs from a link

Your members get an app without going to the App Store.

churchHQ is a progressive web app. Members tap a link and add it to their home screen. The app takes on your church’s name, logo, and accent color. No marketing spend in app stores; no friction for the member.

  • Real features, every tap a signal

Give, groups, schedule, profile — and Scout reads each one.

Members give and set up recurring gifts. Browse and request to join groups. Confirm or decline serving slots. Share what they bring on their profile. After serving, they tell you how it went. Every interaction flows back into the pastoral picture your staff sees.

How member signals feed what Scout notices
  • About them, in their own words

    Capacity declared, not guessed.

Members describe themselves on their own profile. Skills. Openness to new roles. Availability. The system that finally lets the hospice nurse in row four tell you she could help, because someone finally asked.

Where this crosses with the rest of Scout

Every tap in churchHQ becomes a signal Scout reads. Confirmed serving. Recurring gift set up. Group joined. Skill declared. Feedback offered. That’s the pastoral picture other tools can’t assemble — they don’t have the data, because they don’t have the interaction.

Honest about what isn't shipped yet

What the member app doesn’t do yet.

  • churchHQ installs from a link today; native App Store and Play Store versions are on the near roadmap.
  • Members can’t check kids in from the app yet. The kids check-in flow runs at the kiosk.
  • No deep directory yet. Members see their household and group members; they can’t browse the whole church.
  • No Google Calendar / iCal sync from the member app yet. Coming after store submission.
