There is no tiered feature gating. Every plan includes what Scout notices across your church, the member app, kids check-in, giving (Scout takes no cut), scheduling, and groups. The smallest church and the biggest church see the same Scout.
Built for solo staff
Scout runs as one person’s tool, because that’s who I built it for.
Scout doesn’t assume you have an executive pastor, a comms director, and a volunteer coordinator. It works for one person, and the noticing it does each week is work you would otherwise be doing yourself.

With no staff between you and the teams, everything routes to you, sized for a one-person week. Most days Scout says nothing at all, and that restraint is what makes the one sentence land when it comes.

I built Scout because I was the pastor flying blind too. The scholarship exists because I’ve been there with no staff and no budget for the software everyone told me I needed.

What Scout doesn’t do for plants yet.
- Scout doesn’t do mass email or SMS yet. Most planters use Mailchimp or one of the texting services for that today.
- Scout is young. You’d be an early church on it, which means you get me on the phone and you find the rough edges before I do.
