A production document the whole team can hold.
A run of show you can share and print, with dual time columns that calculate themselves and a volunteer roster pulled from the same data as your schedule. Built for the team that runs Sunday.

Three things that turn a doc into a tool.
Dual time columns, computed
Clock time and show time, both visible, both correct.
Set the start time. Set each element’s duration. Scout calculates the absolute clock time for every service plus a running show-time clock from zero. Change a song’s length and the rest of the run cascades.
Guest share link for the volunteer team
A link the production team can open without an account.
Generate a shareable link. Send it. Anyone with the link can view (not edit) the run, print it, and follow along. It auto-prints when a guest opens it, and the print layout is stripped to just the run — no menus, nothing extra.
One source of truth, two screens
The volunteer team and the run live in the same data.
Assignments on the team page appear in the ROS volunteer sidebar. Update a role; the production link updates. No more cross-checking two documents at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday.
How serving + ROS connect
ROS reads from the same volunteer assignments your team page works from. Update a slot on the team page; the production link updates. The doc and the schedule are the same data — so there’s nothing to keep in sync.
What Scout’s ROS doesn’t do yet.
- No live timer or elapsed-time tracking on the share link yet. Operators run their own clock for now.
- No cue sheets dedicated to operators (camera, lighting, A1, A2). Operator notes go in the element notes field; structured cue sheets are on the roadmap.
- No lighting or AV equipment integration. Scout describes the run; your hardware stays in its lane.
- No stage-monitor preview mode. The print view is what's shipped today.
One ROS, every service time, every operator.
