Switching plans

Scout has three self-serve plans based on weekly attendance:

• Under 250 — $69/month
• 250 to 750 — $99/month
• 750 to 2,000 — $199/month

If you cross 2,000 weekly, email us for custom pricing.

Switch up or down

Go to Settings → Billing, click Manage billing, and pick Update plan in the Stripe Customer Portal. Choose the new plan and confirm.

Scout prorates the change. If you switch from $69 to $99 mid-month, Stripe charges the difference for the remaining days. If you switch down, you get a credit applied to the next invoice.

When to switch

Don't overthink it. Run with whatever plan matches your current attendance. If you grow, Scout doesn't pester you to upgrade — but features that scale with size (longer history, larger imports) bump up gracefully when you do.

What stays the same

Every plan has the same features. The bands are about scale, not capability. You don't lose anything by being on a smaller plan, and you don't unlock new features by going to a bigger one.
