Pricing & refund policy

How Scout is priced

Three self-serve plans, monthly only:

• Under 250 weekly — $69/month
• 250 to 750 weekly — $99/month
• 750 to 2,000 weekly — $199/month

Above 2,000 weekly, we price custom. Email us and we'll talk.

Every plan includes every feature: people, groups, services, scheduling, check-in, giving, forms, lists, reports, and the intelligence layer. Bands are about scale, not capability.

We don't do annual billing yet. We may add it later — for now, monthly is the only option.

Trial

Every new church gets 30 days free. Card on file is required at signup so the first month bills automatically when the trial ends. You can cancel any time during the trial without being charged.

Refund policy

Cancel anytime — we won't charge you again after you cancel. We don't refund the current month. If Scout truly isn't working for your church, email support@scout.church within 14 days of any charge and we'll make it right.

That's the whole policy. We mean it: if Scout isn't working, tell us within two weeks and we'll either fix it or refund.
