Help/Check-in

Running the kiosk

Open the kiosk, check kids in, and print labels.

The kiosk is what your check-in volunteers use Sunday morning. It's a separate URL from the main dashboard so volunteers don't see your church's full data.

Open the kiosk

Go to Check-In → Open kiosk (or visit /checkin/kiosk directly). Sign in with the kiosk PIN your owner set up under Settings → Check-In → Kiosk PIN.

Check a family in

Parents type a phone number, last name, or scan the QR code on a returning family's printout. Scout shows the household. Tap each kid to check them in. Tap Print and the room labels print to your label printer.

What volunteers see after a parent enters a phone number.

If a kid isn't in the system, tap + New kid. You only need a name and grade — the rest later. (Adult guests get the same flow under Adult check-in.)

Switch between services

Tap the service name at the top of the kiosk to switch services if you have multiple Sunday morning gatherings. The kiosk auto-rolls between services based on the schedule, so most volunteers don't need to touch this.

End of service

Nothing to do. Don't sign out — the kiosk should stay open for the pickup workflow.

See Picking up kids for the pickup flow.
