Everything about a person on one screen. A story that grows with them.
Scout gathers giving, serving, groups, family and history onto one profile, then synthesizes it into a living story that grows with the person. You see exactly where they are in their church life.

Everything on one screen
Contact, giving, serving, groups, family and history for one person, all on a single profile. Nothing hides in another tab.

Scout's read
Sarah visited two springs ago on a friend's invitation, joined a Tuesday group by that summer, and stepped onto the welcome team in the fall. Her giving became recurring this spring. She is settling into a season of leading.

Every signal, in context
Giving sits beside serving, beside groups, beside family. Each signal means more next to the others than it could alone.

Synthesized into a story
Scout reads the whole profile and writes it back as a plain-language story of how this person came in and how they are doing now.

Scout reads across all of it, and tells you what changed.
Scout connects attendance, serving, giving, groups and visitor history, then surfaces the patterns a pastor would catch if the week were longer. You decide what to do next.

Scout notices what a full week hides
Drift in a faithful volunteer. A family slipping out of sight. A hopeful pattern forming. Each one named in plain language, the week it starts to matter.

Pathways finds the path people walk
Scout reads across attendance, groups, serving and giving to show the path your church already moves people along, and how much each step matters.

Giving belongs with the story.
Most churches treat giving as a separate system from everything else they know about a person. Giving data lives in a payment processor. Ministry data lives in a ChMS. The two only meet in a spreadsheet someone exports on Tuesday morning.
Scout puts giving on the same record as attendance, serving, groups, and pastoral notes. A donor isn’t an anonymous transaction. A volunteer’s generosity is visible alongside their service. When someone faithful simply stops giving, Scout can tell the difference between a drift caused by a life event and a drift caused by disengagement — because both signals live on the same profile.

Faithful giver. Group attendance dropped six weeks ago. Worth a check-in.
Your whole church, carried in a pocket.
The member app takes on your church's name, logo and color. People give, join a group, confirm or decline a serving request, share their skills, and tell you how serving went. Every tap feeds the picture your staff see.
And everything else a church runs on.
The same record runs the rest of it too: check-in, scheduling, events, giving admin, forms, lists, and reports.

“Scout is the tool I needed when I was pastoring with a spreadsheet open in one tab and a ChMS open in another, knowing my people only by face. I built it because the system that knew them by story didn’t exist.”
