The Scout App

Scout is a mobile app that helps you stay connected with your church’s volunteer team. Here’s how to get set up.

Downloading the App

Scout is available for both iPhone and Android. Search for “Scout Church” in the App Store or Google Play, or ask your church staff for a direct download link.

Joining Your Church

When you first open Scout, you’ll be asked to enter your church’s invite code. Your church staff will provide this code — it’s usually shared via text, email, or an announcement slide.

  1. Open Scout and enter your church’s invite code
  2. Create your account with your name, email, and a password
  3. You’re in — Scout will walk you through building your profile next

What You’ll See

Once you’re set up, the app has a few main areas:

  • Home — Your check-in screen and weekly activity
  • Activity — Your recent check-ins and feedback history
  • Profile — Your skills, experience, and contact info
  • Badges — Milestones you’ve earned for consistent serving
